AOSTIRMOTOR Replacement Keys

If you ever lose your keys and need replacements, gather the following information and contact us to place an order. 

Please take the following photos, we will confirm whether the new key can be configured as soon as possible after receiving feedback.

• Photos of the electric bicycle, we need to confirm the model of your electric bicycle.
• Key code, there is a string of numbers near the keyhole, please take a photo and send it to us.
• Battery code, there is a white sticker on the battery. If the battery is locked on the electric bicycle, take a photo of the black sticker (warning label). If the battery is locked on the electric bicycle, please ignore this.

Please note:
The key configuration takes 7 working days and the shipping time is 15-20 days.
At present, we can only configure the key of the S18 series battery, and the other electric bike models cannot configure a new key.
