I am glad that the trouble shooting over emails work very well. The technical support from Aostrimotor are very resposive and helpful. After explaining the error, they provided me with a couple of tips led to figuring out the issue is derived from the malfunctioned controler. After ordering and instaling the new controler, the error was disapeared.
